Lost Shipments

However, we are not responsible for lost packages once they have been accepted and processed by the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Delivered Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
International Shipping – Duties & Taxes

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
